Hi....This article on statistical records was great. But i need to know, where the data of avg. response time is stored.....in some table or a FM is used to get this data.

    Hi Ajay,
    I guess you want to know where the ST03N data is stored? Have you seen this blog: https://weblogs.sdn.sap.com/pub/wlg/6229 ? It shows how you can read the ST03N data from the database. And there is a code snippet available which shows an example for an implementation. I hope this helps. From function sapwl_workload_get_summary you can retrieve the avg. response time per task type (e. g. DIALOG).
