Volker, I couldn't make it to Sapphire this time, but I was very impressed with the links in your blog. Thanks for posting them. quick question - is the fund analytics application demonstrated by Mr.Singh a part of standard in CRM 2007? If not, can you shed some light on how it works and what technology it was developed on?

  The analyics dashboards that were shown at Sapphire and in Jujhar's keynote have been build with business objects. A first set of dashboards for different CRM roles will be shipped with the next service pack (SP03).
