Congratulations to pulling off two Community Day / Inside Tracks in one year. Puts a lot of other SAP centers to shame. I am looking at you Walldorf ;-)

You seem to have the organization down now, excellent. Let's start a wiki page with tips and tricks on "How to create an SAP Inside Track in your neck of the woods" (for some that would be Kraichgau/Odenwald ;-)
