Hello Gregor, Could you pls clarify few funtional views. Is it possible to bring personal contacts of an user from outlook inbox to CRM 4.0. Does we have to maintain them as Business Partners or external-contacts. Can these contacts still be maintained at personal level of user. In our implementation, we want to keep CRM and Outlook insync on emails also. Does CRM supports this functionality Regards, Peter

Pablo Gomez asked this question also in the Forum Toppic: Outlook to SAP CRM Outllook sync using Groupware Connector. He got an answer from OSS that Sync from Outlook to CRM is only possible in the Public Folder with all CRM Business Partners. 2. E-Mails can not be directly synced to CRM. But with the Add On for Service Industries you have the possibility to move E-Mails from the Outlook Inbox to CRM Activities and Opportunities. This Functionality will be integrated in CRM 5.0 which should be avaliable in Q4/2005. For CRMIS have also a look at this Forum Topic: SAP CRM 4.0 Add-On for Service Industries.
