How open source software supports SAP technology strategy
A few days ago, Rui Nogueira interviewed me on how open source supports the SAP technology strategy. A good reason to continue my blog. Which I am doing way too rarely. This time, I was almost on my way to title the blog post “Statistical errors or how Rui made me speak”. Yes, Rui made me speak. But why statistical errors? Because almost any time I used the terms statistic or statistical, I created a knot in my tongue … But listen yourself. In Eclipse - Maven learns Event Insight
How-to setup your SAP Business Objects Event Insight development environment in three easy steps. Although Duet Enterprise 1.0 is a platform to connect different systems and bring data into SharePoint 2010 the installation and configuration of the new Service Pack 2 is pretty simple -- especially with the help of the Duet Enterprise Configuration Wizard. You only have to perform some prerequisites steps and then the Wizard guides you through a series of steps that performs basic configuration on both the Service Consumption Layer and any connected SAP backend systems. Within 20 minutes (on the SAP side) you can have a fully configured Duet Enterprise system. That's what I am going to show in a video here...
