In-Memory Databases in Composition Environment

The thinnest SOA middleware for SAP NetWeaver
In my work integrating apps, I usually find the scenario where I need to consume a BAPI or RFC function in an HTTP way. Publishing HTTP ports from core ABAP application server to Internet frequently have security restrictions and installing and configuring a big middleware can be a long term task.
