SAP BusinessObjects Planning and Consolidations, version for Netweaver: DESTINATION_APP "How To" Guide
The script logic functionality for the application SAP BusinessObjects Planning and Consolidation 7.0 version for Netweaver (SAP BPC NW) does not currently have the inherent functionality to move transaction records from one application to another. This functionality existed in previous Microsoft based versions of BPC (keyword: *DESTINATION_APP), and is desirable from a data modeling design perspective. New coding is now available to replicate the DESTINATION_APP functionality in SAP BPC NW. The new functionality allows the transfer of records from one application to another within the same AppSet.  Sep. 9, 2009

BW-BPS provides tools (via transaction BPS_WB) that allow customization of BPS planning applications that are intended to be presented to the end-user via a web session. Features such as the addition of function “buttons”, tab strips, and containers for specific objects are all standard web interface development tools provided. There are, however, a number of custom desirable effects that are not provided by the standard solution.
