Carsten joined SAP in 2003 as a Solution Manager in ByDesign where he introduced the Manager Workcenter solution, addressing operational and business management with special focus on analytics and user productivity. Previously Carsten was employed as a Profit Center Manager at DCW Software responsible for a BW and DMS application. Since May 2009 he is working as a Product Manager in the area of SAP CRM Interaction Center.
