Lois Dick has over ten years experience directing SAP implementations. As a practitioner, she lead various SAP R/3 upgrade projects and landscape consolidation projects related to a Shared Services business model. Lois has been with SAP for 5 years, two of which have been dedicated toward supporting customers with their Business Suite adoption and SAP ERP 6.0 upgrade planning. Lois is a certified program manager and frequest speaker at ASUG Chapter Meetings and SAP Insider events.
