Ray Adams joined SAP in 2005 as a Field Services Director for the Industry Business Unit (IBU) Chemicals. Ray has over 20 years of chemical industry experience and started his career in Polymers research. His management experience spans technical services, manufacturing, operations and supply chain. He has implemented ISO-9000, MRPII Class A, S&OP and ERP systems for multiple businesses including polymers, electronic chemicals and plastics additives. Ray is a Six Sigma Green Belt and holds a BS in Chemical Engineering (University of New Hampshire) and an MBA in Operations (Santa Clara University).
