Currently focusing on Process reengineering, Corporate Performance Management, Business Intelligence, and related competency build & opportunity management for the firm, Arpan provides key services such as product roadmap, corporate strategy, service orientation, data modeling, design support, data management, global and cross-functional definition & technical support other ERP project teams across the globe.
Before joining Capgemini, Arpan has played a significant role as a Subject Matter Expert & Technical Architect for IBM Business Consulting division, Keane Consulting & Advanced energy Industries. Arpan is a member of several distinguished Forums, Magazines and has published & presented his work in multiple conferences & media. He also acts passionately as BI Discussion Lead for the IT Toolbox forum with an objectivity to grow SAP community world-wide.
