I Graduated in Modern Foreign Languages and Linguistics with a published dissertantion in Generative Linguistics, University of Padova, 1996, http://tesi.cab.unipd.it/18425/ My early experiences relate with sales & distribution and purchasing functions in the retail industry. In 1999 I moved towards more "functional" roles, from content management industry (Efoodmanager, Alitalia 1999-2001), up to Consultant on behalf of the European Commision for the evaluation of Projects in the framework of eContent Programme (2002). In year 2002-2003 I further specialised into business process analysis and ERP Systems gaining the specialization as "Ebusiness Project Manager with MySAP CDI" (2003). In 2007 I achieved the certification as "SAP XI Development Consultant", becoming thus SAP Associate. Over the last five years I have been working on international SAP rollouts, across various industry sectors, with roles taking up roles from functional analyst, change management consultant, technical author, tester and trainer.
