She has held various positions such as project manager, business analyst, and programmer analyst (ABAP developer). Prior to SAP, Michelle programmed with RPG, COBOL, and rarely with PL1.

Just a developer?!
The functional team can put together great specifications. Then it is just a matter of translating those specifications to code. It should be simple really. Developers do not need to know all the information. They only need to be given specifications, and they should program exactly what is on the specifications. Really?!!!
