Prior to my marketing role I was IT Management Consultant inside and outside SAP with more than 10 years of experiences with special focus on IT Service Management, IT Value, IT Controlling, Benchmarking and IT Project Management. Before that I worked in IT organizations of midsize and large companies like GE and Deutsche Telekom.
