Inge joined SAP in 2001, starting as a CRM implementation consultant. She worked as a project manager for several implementation- and development projects in the area of SAP CRM, and she was a product manager for CRM quotation- and order management. She is currently working as a value scenario principal within the theme Superior Customer Value.
