Glen is a Principal and the National IFRS Leader of Deloitte Consulting LLP. He focuses on Financial Management Services that assist finance organizations in achieving world-class business practices. Glen has led the development of the methodology and eminence programs for Deloitte Consulting’s IFRS service line and, most recently, has led an IFRS conversion project for a multinational information services company. He has also led numerous global finance transformation initiatives, including assisting companies in aligning their finance functions to improve overall finance capabilities. Glen has also designed and implemented performance management systems, developed accounting policies, conducted Sarbanes-Oxley readiness engagements and designed finance organization operating models. Glen’s work has spanned numerous industries, including manufacturing, media and health care.
