Soledad Alvarado joined SAP in February 1999. Her academic title is that of an Informatics Engineer (Graduated at ITBA (Instituto Tecnologico de Buenos Aires - Argentina). Her SAP career was begun as a Solution Engineer in the HR and Technology areas for SAP Region Sur. She continued in the US as a Solution Engineer for the mySAP Workplace solution. From July 2001, she has been active as a Product Manager in the SAP Enterprise Portal area with a focus on Portal technology. As of May 2007, she is focusing on SAP NetWeaver Enterprise Search. Her previous employers were Pharma Argentina S.A., UADE University in Argentina and Eveil S.A. (Consulting firm - META4 Software)
