Gautam Dharamshi is a Product Manager for SAP CRM. He was born in Calcutta, India and got his Bachelor's in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Kanpur. Gautam joined SAP in 1999 and has been a part of different CRM Key Capabilities at SAP. Prior to this current role, Gautam was part of the Development Organization at SAP, with a career in development involving different technologies: ABAP, Java, C++, Visual Basic as well as different application areas (Service, Marketing). He has also worked on the various channels of delivery for CRM - Interaction Center, Web Channel. Prior to SAP, Gautam was at the Server Tech group of Oracle.
