Volker Haentjes is Director Technology Marketing and Social Media at SAP AG, Walldorf. He works on positioning the IT Management solution and services portfolio of SAP on SAP’s web presences sap.com, SCN, newsletters and social media, and coordinates the customer value collaterals (success stories, videos, reference profiles) for LoB IT. Volker has worked for SAP since 1993. As a project manager in SAP Business Suite and SAP R/3 development, he was engaged in various cross-projects. From 2001 to 2005, he worked as global partner manager with key SAP software partners and as partner strategist. From 2005 till 2008 he was Director Partner and Customer Engagement for SOA.

SAP has released a new package of Simple Sample Applications using SAP NetWeaver BPM technology, available in the ES Workplace.
