Introduction

Internet Explorer Mobile 8, for the first time (from Microsoft), extends desktop class browsing on Windows Mobile devices. Microsoft has taken the desktop IE6 code and ported it to Windows Mobile along with the latest desktop IE8 JScript 5.7 engine and Flashlite support. It has resulted in a good functional browser on the Mobile (though not the fastest/best).

Here we will see a generic preview video of IE Mobile 8 running on a pre beta build of Windows Mobile 6.5 handling the NWA and NetWeaver Mobile Administrator. This gives us an idea of IE Mobile 8's IE 6 desktop like browsing capabilities.

The video can be checked out here.
