The new and extended version of our Troubleshooting Guide is now live on SDN!

What started as a humble tree with problems related to the start of Application Server Java has now grown to a comprehensive wizard that covers most major areas within the Java stack of SAP NetWeaver, including deployment, applications, upgrade, security, administration, configuration, Guided Procedures, WebDynpro, Web Services, JMS, PI, etc.

Don’t rush to seek help from support when you get some error message or exception, have issues with applications or deployment – you can first try to find the solution in the Troubleshooting Guide.

It’s fast and easy: identify your problem in the categorized list on the main page and follow the wizard. For your convenience, there are lots of screenshots and examples. If you find it hard to get through, use the search function – all the information has been tagged accordingly.

And all this is in a Wiki format, which means that you can not only use the information, you can also change it, contribute, share your knowledge. If you have some feedback or better solutions and want to share them with others, you can edit the pages, comment, add content.

If you cannot find your solution or have any other feedback for us – leave a comment. So please help yourself, help the community, help us serve you better!

This is more than just another documentation channel, check it out. You may find it useful.
