As the title goes...I'm going to TechEd Phoenix. This is going to be my third TechEd...you may think that I'm bored of that, or maybe even tired of waking up at 6:30 a.m and get to sleep at 11:00 p.m, because I have to attend Mentor sessions, Blogger sessions, SAP sessions, Demo Jam, Concert, Community Clubhouse and hang out with the most talented and nice people out there...I really hope you don't think that, otherwise it's because you have been to TechEd before.

My first TechEd was on 2006 at Las Vegas...I was so happy because I was going to met all my "on-line" friends in real life...my second TechEd was on 2007 at Las Vegas...I was so happy because I was going to meet again my now "real" friends...and my third TechEd which is going to happen this October...makes me happy because I'm going to meet again my friends, meet new people and guess what? I'm going to participate in two Hands on Sessions, not as a mere attendant but as co-speaker (Actually helper, but who cares)...

ABAP Development: Update Your Skills to SAP NetWeaver 7

ABAP for Java Developers: Modern Business Programming with ABAP Objects

I really which you all could make it, because TechEd is one in a lifetime event...each one is different and each one got it's own benefits and joys.

I got everything set...TechEd registration, hotel book and flight tickets...what about you? Better be quick than miss this change to be "In the Community".

This year I don't exactly know how my blogging schedule is going to be...one blog per day? one blog to rule them all? I always try to be creative, so I'm sure I'm going to come with something nice.

Expect a lot of pictures, a couple of videos, twitter stream and lots of fun.

But wait...there's more. If you attend TechEd, you're going to have the unique change to meet the SAP Mentors (including me of course)...which is something you don't get to see everyday. Mentors from all around the globe are going to be there, ready to answer your questions, give you insightful advices and why not, have a beer with you.

Now that's it. Don't want to keep taking your time...hurry and get registered...trust me...you're not going to forget it.

Your first Hand's-on Session is reading like Geeks Who's Who List - Ed/Rich/Thomas, Leonardo
I still remember your blog (could not find it out) recounting your preparation (including invit letter from Marilyn for your US Visa) for first TechEd. Interestingly if I manage to goto Bangalore TechEd it will be my third one in a row.
Best wishes for next month TechEd. Is there a wall in Community Clubhouse with your Blagbert comics - it would be great if its there and makes it to the other TechEd venues.
    Regards,
    Somnath

You quickly transitioned from first time attendee, to veteran participant, to presenter.
I took a peek at some of your fellow speakers for one of your sessions and wow: Peter McNulty and Horst Keller. Impressive company you keep, Mr. Blag. Next year demo jam?

As you say, I'm going to be a speaker surrounded by my all time ABAP heroes...and that's priceless -:D
Demo Jam? Can you believe that I actually was planning on presenting at Demo Jam with Juergen Schmerder (From Blue Ruby Team)...but due to some complications (my fault) we have schedule it for next year -;)

      Greeting,
      Blag.
