SAP Usability Test Center will open again at SAP TechEd EMEA, Vienna

Your Chance to Provide Feedback to SAP

SAP developers and employees from the SAP User Experience team are giving you the opportunity to try out and provide feedback on new SAP® solutions by participating in a usability test. The test examines components under development and products from various SAP development areas.

As a tester, you can actively work on the prototypes or products during the test. At the end of the test, you will have an opportunity to share your feedback on the prototype. Please note that it is the tool that is being tested, not you, to further enhance the user experience of SAP's products.

Testing will start at Tuesday, October 27, after the keynote. We will offer 9 to 13 test slots (this varies depending on the test topic) for 90 minute tests in the following areas:

Administration and Configuration

  • Process Integration (PI / XI) monitoring [SAP Solution Manager]
  • SAP Solution Manager work center
  • SAP NetWeaver Administrator: admin and monitoring
  • SAP BPM: admin and monitoring
  • Web services simplification and testing [Web services navigator]
  • SAP Application Portal: content development

Applications and Runtimes

  • Business Configuration
  • Guided activity to create an org structure (SAP Business ByDesign)
  • Changing an org structure (SAP Business ByDesign)
  • Business Context Viewer
  • SAP BPM: Process desk

Modeling and Development

  • Rules composer
  • Service composition, SAP Developer Studio
  • Service interface definition and ESR
  • Data warehouse Modeling in Eclipse
  • Enhanced Business Blueprinting (BPM)
  • SAP BPM Process Composer
