    All you did is reformat your first blog here and call it part two.
    You have a great topic and points of discussion/questions, its unfortunate you still have not provided any value.
    Do you even have a clue what the answers to your questions are?


    I hate to be mean, I’m just so tired of the uninformed presenting themselves as experts. If you cannot provide value, then please, go home and stay ther!
