Have you ever ran into an issue where IDoc was sent successfully to PI but you never received anything in PI?

Answer:

1. Go to BD87 in backend sap system i.e. ECC/SRM

2. Select dates or the IDoc number.

Step 3. Select the missing IDoc and click process

4. Confirm the status change.
