In this blog series we would like to share healthcare-specific examples where SAP Business Objects technology provides value to Healthcare provider organizations.

I have mentioned SAP BusinessObjects Explorer in my overview blog and since then we have been busy creating a demo scenario for a clinical use case.

In our example we would like to understand the root-cause for a quality issue which we discovered on the Healthcare Quality Dashboard (details coming soon...). It looks like that preoperative diagnostics have not been performed in some cholecystecomy cases - and now we want to find out the reason.

Just have a look at this video! (Special thanks to Chris Christy, Michaela Sittig, Jan Korten and Brian Sutcliffe for the collaboration)

We believe that SAP Business Objects Explorer has a great potential in Healthcare thanks to its flexibility and ease of use - we would love to hear your thoughts!
