First off SAP Mentor extraordinaire for the SAP BusinessObject's side of things: Ingo Hilgefort getting interviewed by SAP BusinessObjects Community Manger Kuhan Milroy.

Next off two of the SAP Community Network greats: Thomas Jung in conversation with Craig Cmehil around the theme of Next Generation ABAP (Little ABAP history too) I just love the relaxed interview style of Craig he really puts his interviewees at ease. Not that Thomas needs that.

Some may know about the interest that SAP Mentors are having in the improvement of SAP's Certification program. To shed some light on what is going on, I interviewed the Queen of SAP certification Sue Martin as well as one of the certification 5 mentors.

They created a white paper with suggestions of how SAP can improve certification. They are working closely with Sue to figure out what of that vision can be implemented when. Check out where they are in that process. (What did my mother say? Don't hunch ;-)

How Lean, Agile and Scrum will shape your company of the future is probably my favorite interview. Dagfinn is the usual quiet Norwegian, but when you ask him he has a wealth of information to share, is articulate and his knowledge comes from his real experience. I know many organizations that are thinking about switching to lean/agile methodology. If yours is too, do yourself a favor and watch this interview. It has one of the highest view counts. Dagfinn posted a blog and the discussion around lean/agile is continuing there to this day.

The final Phoenix interview was an introduction to the SAP Mentor Initiative. There is no better way to do that than by asking three of the blue shirts at TechEd: Susan Keohan, Martin Gillet and Jon Reed where joining me that day on stage to share what it means to be an SAP Mentor and how to get there.

Quite the spectrum and I hope I didn't forget an SAP Mentor session. Next post all the videos that were done in Vienna.

P.S. Creating this post I didn't spent the most time writing it, but figuring out how to embed the video. Thanks Dagfinn for hacking the path with your post. I created a wiki page with screen shot that tells you how to embed an SAP TechEd video. Hope it helps.
