October and November have been two very busy and exiting months for the BusinessObjects Innovation Center team.

Not only we continued to innovate and delivered 2 new prototypes with:

	Historic Audit Analysis (coming from our Dublin/Ireland team)
	V1.1 of Social Network Analyzer (from our Levallois-Perret/France  team)

But we also won the SAP TechEd Vienna DemoJam and finished 3rd at the SAP TechEd Phoenix DemoJam.

 

In Phoenix, we demoed a prototype called "Sensor Monitoring for Smart Energy Savings". This was a joint effort between the SAP Research French team and the SAP BusinessObjects Innovation Center in Levallois.

This prototype showed how Wireless Sensor Networks and Real Time Business Intelligence (or Event Driven BI) could play a key role in Business Applications moving forward.

Note that some of those concepts will be reused in the upcoming SAP Live Enterprise product.

In Vienna, Alexis Naibo demoed "BusinessObjects Explorer on the iPhone" or how to leverage the power of Business Intelligence with the Simplicity of Search on one of the best mobile devices on the market!
