Hi everyone,

For those of you who could join in the TechEd Bangalore, it was really nice to see you. This year was 6 years anniversary of my teaching at TechEd India - time flies.

Sorry for the late update of the new one - let's continue.

(Again  - I suggest to take a closer look at the 1 hour recorded session if you are interested in the demo.)

Remark: The contents require beginner level knowledge of NW BPM on 7.1 Ehp1.

Scenario 5:  Role delegation

Solution

This can be done by UWL/Universal Worklist, not by BPM. Generally it offers two options:

  1. "Delegation" feature of UWL
  2. "Substitution" feature of UWL

The characteristic of the option 1 is you delegate only one specific task. If you are interested in delegating all the tasks you have, you should use the option 2.

The session recording presents you actual demo for those options.

The online doc which explains the detail is here.

"Delegation" in progress

"Substitution" in progress

Okie that's the story for today...  Feel free to drop your insight for

 - "Very common workflow use cases" but you don't know how to implement them with NW BPM.

See you!
