Hi all,

Let's talk about the 8th commonly seen use case.

(I suggest to take a closer look at the 1 hour recorded session if you are interested in the demo.)

Remark: The contents require beginner level knowledge of NW BPM on 7.1 Ehp1.

Scenario 8:  Sneak permission

Solution

This scenario can be implemented by simply making use of parallel split gateway. But please note the BPM model like below is wrong - in this case the entire process never ends. Be sure to connect the Secretary Activity to End event.

Soeren wrote a nice blog which explains the common pitfall of parallel gateway

Well that's it for today. Simple and short one. Like I wrote before, the idea of this blog series is to collect your idea of

 - "Very common workflow use cases" but you don't know how to implement them with NW BPM.

So please feel free to drop your common use case if you have any. Talk to you later! I'm out today.
