Hi everyone,

Let's discuss about the 9th scenario. This is another classic requirement from any workflow project.

(I suggest to take a closer look at the 1 hour recorded session if you are interested in the demo.)

Remark: The contents require beginner level knowledge of NW BPM on 7.1 Ehp1.

Scenario 9:  Comment area for the approval/rejection

Solution

Generally you have two options:

1. Use the built-in feature of  "Notes" comment field in the screen. You don't have to implement anything - all the BPM end user screen should have this link:

2. Implement your own custom feature in the UI.

Most likely you can simply choose the first option. This notes can be seen by the process monitoring, etc in the BPM administration tools as well.

Okie - hope the blog today could give you some more concrete idea in terms of common BPM workflow use case.

See you in the next blog!
