On Monday, February 13, 2012, ASUG will host a webcast (sorry, for ASUG members only) featuring Cathy Kenlin (Manager, Applications, at AC_USA).  Cathy will talk about how her company - a small-to-medium food manufacturing company - used SAP workflow to interface production order data to two other applications.

Production order information is passed to the Kronos Activities module so shopfloor employees can allocate their work activities against production orders, allowing plant management to understand where labor hours are being expended and to identify process improvements in employee efficiences. Production order information is sent to Maestro from SAP. The Maestro application uses SAP BusinessObjects for its management reporting application.

ASUG continues to try to bring customer-oriented education to its' members, and this webcast is just one of the results.  Whether you are BOBJ focused - or interested in managing upgrades, be sure to check out the ASUG events calendar often to make sure you get the latest in virtual education.

And if you have a unique story to share, be sure to contact an ASUG SIG Chair (such as the most-excellent Tammy Powlas) so that we can continue to bring you these educational offerings.
